½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
1 cup chopped celery
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 375ºF (191ºC). Press Start to begin
preheating. Spray the air fryer oven perforated pan lightly with olive oil spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, and black pepper
to make a marinade. Add the chicken, celery, and bell pepper and toss to coat.
- Shake the excess marinade off the chicken, place it and the vegetables in the air
fryer oven perforated pan, and lightly spray with cooking spray. You may need to
cook them in batches. Reserve the remaining marinade.
- Air fry for 8 minutes. Turn the chicken over and brush with some of the
remaining marinade. Air fry for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken
reaches an internal temperature of at least 165ºF (74ºC). Serve.
