½ pound (227 g) leftover beef, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup kale, torn into pieces and wilted
1 tomato, chopped
¼ teaspoon sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
Cooking spray

  1. Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 360ºF (182ºC). Press Start to begin
    preheating. Spritz four ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. Put equal amounts of each of the ingredients into each ramekin and mix well.
  3. Air fry for 16 minutes. Serve immediately.
