1 pound (454 g) large shrimp, deveined, with tails on
1 pound (454 g) smoked turkey sausage, cut into thick slices
2 corn cobs, quartered
1 zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
Cooking spray

  1. Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Press Start to begin
    preheating. Spray the air fryer perforated pan lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, turkey sausage, corn, zucchini, bell pepper, and
    Old Bay seasoning, and toss to coat with the spices. Add the 2 tablespoons of
    olive oil and toss again until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture in the air fryer perforated pan in a single layer. You will need
    to cook in batches.
  4. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking the perforated pan
    every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  5. Serve immediately.
