1 pound (454 g) large shrimp, deveined, with tails on
1 pound (454 g) smoked turkey sausage, cut into thick slices
2 corn cobs, quartered
1 zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Set the temperature of the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Press Start to begin
preheating. Spray the air fryer perforated pan lightly with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, turkey sausage, corn, zucchini, bell pepper, and
Old Bay seasoning, and toss to coat with the spices. Add the 2 tablespoons of
olive oil and toss again until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in the air fryer perforated pan in a single layer. You will need
to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking the perforated pan
every 5 minutes for even cooking.
- Serve immediately.
